French Court of Appeal has confirmed the ban in France of "Revenge Porn: football, sex, money: the testimony of a former Samuel Eto'o mistress" written by Nathalie Koah. The book which was scheduled to be released on February the 18th had provisionally been banned from publication by a French High Court, following a complaint from the Cameroonian star, for "breach of privacy". However, the publication has widely been circulated for nearly a month on the internet in PDF format.
The appeal court upheld on Friday the decision by the high court. Correspondingly, Advice Editions du Moment, the publishing house has decided to "use all legal means to combat the risk of new censorship". The book is already on sale in many African countries and appears to be a best seller. Cameroon Concord understands it is highly expected in the Ivory Coast and Cameroon.
