Agbor Balla tables complaint against South West attorney general and superintendent of Buea prison

Agbor Nkongho and other lawyers in Fako presented a complaint against the attorney general of the South west Region and the official in charge of the Buea prison.

This is due to the fact that, over 500 Southern Cameroonians had been detained since the 1st of October. Many of these detainees were liberated following efforts by a group of lawyers created by Agbor Balla as is stated in the complaint.

For other individuals who were detained, their freedom was denied by the person in charge of the prison, even though they had fulfilled the necessary conditions they were given.
