Major Milestone: Kribi Port Welcomes Inaugural Vessel

This inaugural stop highlights the growing importance of the Kribi Port, not only serving as a test for the strength of the future 715-meter container quay but also marking the arrival of key equipment.

The docking also brought in the first set of cranes, including 5 Ship-to-Shore (STS) quay cranes and 2 Rubber-Tyred Gantry (RTG) park cranes, with more to follow in October 2024.

This milestone prepares the port for further significant developments, including the full delivery of the remaining RTG cranes in October and the completion of construction, scheduled for December 2024.
