My former colleague at CT Grégoire Djarmaila, has joined the band of perfidy to sing a swan song which he knows too well is a big lie. I will suggest Djagreg reads the history of Cameroon before he continues to peddle falsehoods. When Francophones talk about national unity being non-negotiable, are they talking about the people or the territory?
How can Francophones claim we are "brothers" when LRC and their colonial master, France vehemently opposed any union between LRC and Southern Cameroons? When the results of the 1961 plebiscite was put to a vote in the UN, LRC voted against UNGA Resolution 1608 and Ahidjo was vehemently opposed to any union with Anglophones, even though Anglophones had voted to join LRC. This fake love for "our Anglophone brothers" is nothing but a smokescreen to continue pillaging our natural resources to finance their corrupt Francophone system of abusive patronage and ethnic-inspired clientelism.
Can any Francophone explain why the public investment budget for the South region is more than the combined PIB for the two Anglophone regions which produce over 60% of national GDP? Djagreg, this generation of Anglophones are educated enough and know the history. You can continue deceiving yourself, but enough is enough! You guys can keep the unity in LRC. We were never one people; never was; and never will be, Until you Francophones accept this reality, we will see you in Buea. Read my lips.
