Biya honours Ben Decca, Richard Bona

Cameroon has honored two of its international artists by raising them to knight of the national order of valour. The artist reportedly wrote a letter to the Minister of Arts and Culture to explain his absence. Yesterday in Yaounde, singer and visual artist Ben Decca known as Vital Mouangue Eyoum Victor, received his medal as grand knight of the order of valour exceptionally, awarded by the head of state from the hands of the Culture Minister, Narcissus Mouelle Kombi.
