Longue Longue gets hero's welcome in Douala

Longue Longue was welcomed at the Douala International airport by a mammoth crowd of fans that included his family and some other Cameroonian artists. Dressed in a green jersey with the name Vincent Aboubacar stamped on the back, a scarf and a fez with the colours of the Indomitable Lions, the national football team of Cameroon, the great Longue Longue sang a reprise of the success freedom song of Anne Marie Nzié.

He then produced another master piece to say that he has forgiven all those responsible for his demise in Europe. He ended with a press conference in which he said a big thank you to all who supported him during his years spent in prisons in France. He left the airport in a convoy of cars for a walk in the streets of Douala.
