Soldiers fire live bullets at angry protesters in Kumbo, Cameroon, as they gather to escort the corpse of a youth who was killed in the recent Bamenda street shootings.

Reports say the soldiers have transformed Kumbo into a ghost town. The town is located some 2 hours away from Bamenda and has a long history of opposing regime authorities.

Locals fear a night battle as tension builds up.
