"World run by mafia system with USA serving as godfather" Noam Chomsky

World-renowned political commentator Noam Chomsky says the international affairs are now run based on "a mafia doctrine". Chomsky said the US is now playing the role of a mafia godfather and, as the State Department once said, does not tolerate successful defiance of its policies.

He said ironically THAT’S the serious crime Iran has done. Chomsky said Iranians successfully overthrew a tyrant installed by a US-engineered coup back in 1953.He said Washington’s extreme hostility toward Tehran is now so strong that the US is putting politics before economic interests to supposedly punish Iran.

The commentator added that US energy corporations would be delighted to enter the Iranian market, but state power is forcing them to refrain.
