However, health care in Cameroon is substandard and fragile. Youths, especially the unemployed, hardly can afford for medical check-ups.

It is common to find ladies stay for at least two years without ever seeing a doctor for medical check-ups.

There is every need for the youths to hold the government accountable for the poor treatment of its citizens. Elite receive treatment in European hospitals, while the poor die in neglected home-based structures.
