World cup qualifiers: Cameroon vs Zambia ends 2-2, while Nigeria, Egypt, Senegal, Morocco, Tunisia qualified

Cameroon's last match of the Russian world cup qualifiers against Zambia has ended in a draw.

The lions found themselves only trying to get at least a draw given that, at the 26th minute of the encounter, Zambia netted their first goal, and  all along proved to be the dominant side.

Zambia continued torturing the Lions till the moment when Anguissa bulleted a shot from outside the penalty area to calm the lion's spirits.

At 1-1, Cameroonians still did not feel relaxed as the Chipolopolos of Zambia kept on giving them a hard time.

The Zambian pressure resulted in a second goal by Brian Mwila at the 64th minute.

After fighting hard, Yaya Banana of Cameroon, levelled the scores to 2-2 at the 90th minute.

With this match having been played and with Nigeria drawing 1-1 with Algeria yesterday, Cameroon is on the third spot in Group B with 7 points, Nigeria 14 points, Zambia 8, and Algeria 2 points.

In Group B, Nigeria has qualified for Russia 2018 alongside other African teams like Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco and Senegal.
