What manner of a leader is President Paul Biya?
Never, never and never again has a nation produced a leader who for 32 years in office has been consistently inconsistent with every issue concerning the running of Cameroon as a rich and peaceful nation. Many Cameroonians who currently deal with governments in other African countries draw the unanimous conclusion that President Biya is a political disaster that has been around for the last 32 years. We of Cameroon Concord can now reveal that Cameroon public system under the CPDM regime for the last 32 years is the most cumbersome in the world. The reasons are in a multiple;getting paid for a job done;obtaining a licence or authorization for a business;or even bringing money into the country, entail such burdensome procedures and heart-rending experiences that only a CPDM audition and a robust determination to succeed will do. A CPDM Section President in Europe was heard murmuring privately in Paris that the Cameroon public system was designed to undermine its users and by extrapolation, the Cameroonian people.
President Biya in his regular New Year messages to the suffering Cameroonian people speaks constantly with a kind of determination that always seem to suggest that some changes would come. But Biya and his CPDM gang have never come out of their usual lethargy and act. Cameroon is indeed a nation more sinned against than sinning. We take for instance, the registration of a taxi-cab.
