Reports and complaints about heavy looting and racketeering keep streaming in after the military swop across Bamenda yesterday. The wailing and gnashing of teeth continued this morning after the Heavy military assault on the civilian Population under the guise that they were Vindicating the killing of their colleague By an unknown assailant or assailants Thousands of civilians carrying out their routine business transactions around the Commercial Avenue, Food Market and Hospital Round About were caught up in that web of state gangsters and armed robbers.
Hundreds of millions were carted away by these state thieves who robbed at gun point yesterday for about three hours. The saddest thing is that amongst them are Chadian, Gabonese and Congolese mercenaries hired in by the Biya's regime.
