BIR vehicle crashes in West Cameroon
A vehicle carrying members of the Rapid Intervention Battalion has crashed on it's way from Victoria to Bamenda, according to reports reaching us.
No body has died but there are serious injuries, reports say.
Some sources suggest that the cause of the incident is overspeeding.
La Republique du Cameroun has embarked on a huge militarisation of West Cameroon in the wake of the unrest in this part of the nation.
But the people of West Cameroon have engaged in a peaceful protest, largely dominated by persistent ghost towns.
