Cameroon Bar Association: Barrister Harmony Bobga MBUTON resigns

Barrister Harmony Bobga MBUTON President of North West Lawyers Association has just resigned as personal representative of the President of Bar Association to the North West. 

He cited the long silence by the Bar Association on issues raised by Common Law Lawyers and a recent Communique signed by Barrister John Kameni in the South West region which on behalf of  Bar distancing itself from the four day strike action ongoing to press for  the English version of the OHADA Law,redeployment of Francophone Magistrates to Civil Law Zones and Anglophone Magistrates to Common Law zones.
