Cameroon: Prostitutes Take Over Hotel Des Depute, Mont Febe As MPs And Senators Return For Session
“They mounted me a guard of honor as I walked through to book an interview with an MP from the Fako constituency” noted Cameroon Concord’s Sama Ernest this morning as he visited Hotel Des Depute historically reserved for Cameroon’s elected members of parliament and senators. The story is also true for Hotel Mont Febe as prostitutes have crowded the environment waiting to be summoned in by the men who run the legislative wing of the Cameroon government. Cameroon Concord understands it is a 24 hour guard of honor on both sides to the entrance of these hotels. President Biya is aware but CPDM definition of politics in Cameroon is simply money and women. "They are coming in their numbers including girls less than 16 years of age and Yaoundé University students" noted a waitress at the Mont Febe hotel who opted for anonymity. Our informant revealed that the politicians enjoy it and none of them despite government insistence has ever made it to Yaounde for a parliamentary session with their spouses. Our Chief intelligence officer assigned to the National Assembly reported that he eavesdropped a conversation of an MP whose name we are withholding debating the price of having sex with condoms and sex without condoms with a prostitute in front of Hotel des Depute. The opening sessions of the Upper and the Lower Houses has been slated for Wednesday the 12 of November.
