11 die in plane crash in Tanzania

Coastal Aviation, the airline company involved, announced with much regret when the incident happened “we are very saddened to announce that 11 people have died in a plane accident which occurred this morning, North of Tanzania” the company announced.

The aircraft which was transporting 10 passengers and the pilot, crashed beside the Empakaai Crater Lake, North of Tanzania.

After the accident, the plane was only discovered hours later, due to the difficulties that were encountered in reaching the site.
