 The concerned, Paul Boule, has been stripped of his functions even though without suspension of his pension. This decision was taken on 24 November by the president.

 

The text which was signed on Friday by the Head of State Paul Biya, does not give any precisions on why he was asked to step down.

It is just mentioned in the document that the concerned has been relieved of his functions but without suspension of his dues.

Mr Paul Boule who is now 56 years old, worked at the Bankim police station, in the Adamawa Region. The pension for the 33 years that he has worked with government will have to be paid and equally, money for transport which will enable him and his family to travel back to their Region of origin in the West Region.
