Cameroon-Ebolowa: Pastor found dead in well
The lifeless body of a retired reverend pastor of the Presbyterian church in Ebolowa, has been found in a 7 metre deep well.
It happened in the Oding neighbourhood of Ebolowa on Wednesday 23 November. The pastor, Adang Owono Albert was discovered in a well after he went missing.
Immediately this information was gotten, the Senior Divisional officer of the Ebolowa 2 council, the Army rescue unit, medical experts and the population, went to see for themselves what happened.
According to a close family member of the deceased, the wife Elise Adang, had complained about the disappearance of her husband. She revealed that her man left the house and did not return. He was only found dead in a well after a search.
The Brigade commander of that locality, Mebada Gregoire Raphael, opened an investigation after the incident.
Concerning the corpse, the attorney general of the republic has authorised the family to take the remains to the Ebolowa mortuary.
