Cameroon: Government dispatches contingent of a specialized squad military to fight against Ambazonians
The government of Cameroon has dispatched a new contingent of a specialized squad of the Gendarmerie created to fight against the guerilla fighters of the Secessionists in the North West and South West Regions of Cameroon. In the conflict that has now been for months, the state has suffered enormous casualties, especially the Gendarmerie who are not welcome in the Southern Cameroon's because they are seen as colonists aimed at expanding French influence into Southern Cameroon's. In order to regain the territory, Paul Biya as the Commander in chief of Armed forces, ordered a specialized contingent of the Gendarmerie to fight against the guerilla fighters of the separatist in the forest of the South West Region. It must be noted that Cameroon hasn't got the practical experience to fight against the guerilla fighters of the separatist.
They have a just cause to fight for whereas the so called scouts of LA Republique Du Cameroun haven't got any justification for fighting. In order to meet this challenges, a new multipurpose task force of the Gendarmerie has been recruited amongst the Gendarmerie to be retrained for two weeks at the Mbangkomo local locality, of the Likie Division of the Centre Region, of Cameroon. The very violent, repressive and combative Gendarmes were placed in an operational. The purpose of this training is aimed at enhancing their capacity to detect, handle and neutralize the separatist fighters. The trained elements have been deployed to the affected Regions to fight against the separatist fighters.
