CCT files complaint for false accusations against their president
“To all the members, friends and sympathizers of CCT, the lawyers of the Cameroonian Transition Council, an incorporated organization in Maryland of the United States led by Zimmerman, have decided to file a complaint against Arletty Noah resident in the United States for several accusations that she published on facebook, which serve as a threat to Patrice Nouma, the President of CCT”, an excerpt of a communiqué CCT published, read.
What Patrice Nouma is accused of is not made clear in the communiqué, but the President, stresses on the fact that, he is ready to present all of the necessary evidence that will be needed to prove him innocent. He goes on to tell anyone who accuses him to present their proofs.
While waiting for the date which will be set for Arletty Noah and the CCT to meet in court, the accused have been indicating how the law has its place in cases of cyber misbehaviour like defamation and intrusion in one’s private life.
