Yaounde-Kondengui murder: Father of three says he didn’t kill his children
28 year old Yves Michel Setane who allegedly killed his three kids, has said he did not commit the act of murder.
He is presently at the Judiciary police of the Regional Delegation in Yaounde, where the forces of law and order say that he has refused to talk. The only thing he has been saying is that he did not kill his children.
The police revealed that, on Wednesday they received a call from the Switzerland embassy who told them that a man had run to them confessing that he had killed his three kids. Immediately the uniformed men got the information, they went there and picked him up.
Before the three kids were discovered dead, their father had just come back from Switzerland after a long stay there, as sources reveal. In the house he lived with the children, there was a maid who always took care of the home and the kids during the day.
On Monday, she received a call from her boss Yves Michel, who told her not to bother coming the next day because he had to go on a trip with the kids.
After sometime, the three children were found dead and already decomposing. The corpses were carried away to the Ngoulmekong cemetery towards Soa, where they were buried.
Investigations are still going on to unveil what killed the three children.
