Revealed: Cameroon replaces the GM of the Douala Port "missing'' in Europe since September
An extraordinary board meeting of the Autonomous Port of Douala that held in Yaoundé has named Charles Michaux Moukoko as the new CEO. Emmanuel Etoundi Oyono, the former General Manager of the Autonomous Port of Douala, on a mission in France, since September 21, has still not returned.
Our intelligence unit has gathered that Emmanuel Etoundi Oyono is escaping an invitation from the Special Criminal Court. After the mission in France, all other members of the delegation returned home. However, the delegation leader Emmanuel Etoundi Oyono has never been heard again. Many Cameroonian officials, under threat of lawsuits have left the country never to return.
