The World Mourns Anne Nsang Nkwain
Soter Agbaw-Ebai
On March 31st, 2014, one of the most refined female Cameroonian journalist and senior ancor lady Mrs. Anne Nkwain Nsang was diagnosed with stage four (4) non-small cells Lung Cancer. Determined to conquer this untimely revelation, Anne began her battle against cancer, with no ammunition but her faith in God and the love and support of her family and friends.
A few months into her treatment, Mrs. Nsang demonstrated tremendous courage and her family felt she was going to win this battle. She has been and will forever remain a source of inspiration for everyone around her and countless women in the Cameroonian community who look up to her. Despite several radiation and Chemotherapy sessions our Anne has finally lost the fight against lung cancer.
It all happened during a flight from Cameroon en route to the US. The Baroness Anne Nsang Nkwain was home to pay her last respect to her late Dad Minister Francis Nkwain. So here at last is this Iron Lady who in her time with the Cameroon Radio and Television demonstrated so much mastery of the English language. Here at last is the end of Baroness Anne Nsang Nkwain to many in Cameroon and around the world-----one of the finest Cameroonian journalist ever.
