Nnamdi Obi, Committed Biafra Agitator Killed By Nigerian Troops
Details are just beginning to emerge following the invasion by the Nigerian army of the home of leader, Nnamdi kanu on Thursday. Online publications and influencers in Nigeria shared pictures of Nnamdi Obi, a member of IPOB who was reportedly killed by the army on Thursday.
A well known Nigerian blogger wrote: “His name is Nnamdi Obi. He was among the people the Nigerian army killed yesterday, Thursday September 14, 2017 at the family compound of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in Afara Umuahia, Abia. Until his death, he was a committed member of IPOB.
May his soul and that of hundreds of IPOB members killed by Nigerian military RIP. Amen” Members of Biafra, led by leader Nnamdi Kanu say the Igbo are being treated poorly in Nigeria and should break up to form an independent country called the Biafra Republic.
