President Biya fires his "untouchable Judge"

President Paul Biya has fired one of his inner circle judge. Justice Pascal Magnaguembe, formerly working at the Mfoundi High Court is famous for sending many top government officials to jail.

According to a presidential decree signed on July 6, Magnaguembe was dismissed for extorting huge assets which according to findings does not belong to him.

Pascal Magnaguemabe, the "incorruptible judge"  is credited with sending the Albatross culprits - Ephraim Inoni, Atangana Mebara, Marafa Hamidou Yaya, Yves Michel Fotso and many former high profile barons of the Biya regime to jail , senior political analyst Ekinneh Agbaw-Ebai writes.
