Update:Rigobert Song regains consciousness and now breathing without respiratory support

The Intermediate Lions head coach and former Lions Captain and defender,RIGOBERT SONG who suffered from Severe heart attack,Sunday, has regained consciousness and now breathing without respiratory support.

SONG has been fighting over this malaise since Sunday.The courageous former captain will be flown to France via Royal Ambulance Plane to France later Tuesday.

A team of Medical experts comprising three Doctors from France arrived early Tuesday in Yaounde and held close door talks with a medical team that fought for the life of SONG more than 48 hours now.

Several meetings have been held at the ministry of Public Health and presidency.According to the Director of the Yaounde emergency center Dr Louis Joss Bitang à Mafok the former Lion will be taken to the Pitie Salpetiere in France which is known for its capability in emergency cases.

The man known for his fighting spirit has demonstrated his never say die habit even in his dark days. Despite the nature of his malaise which takes about 50% of its victims,Rigobert Song has proven that he can fight even death.
