Tchiroma thanks Biya's magnanimity for Patrice Nganang's release; dares Nganang to threaten Trump's life and see what will happen to him in America. This raises the question: is there anything that happens in Cameroon that is not at the behest, benevolence, pleasure and magnanimity of Paul Biya?
