Tragically, one of the affected patients has lost their life, highlighting the severity of the situation.

Instead, individuals are urged to exercise caution and only procure medications prescribed by licensed physicians. The improper use of medication or the ingestion of unregulated substances poses significant dangers to one's health and well-being.
