Boko Haram attacks Cameroonian town of Mahoula

The Nigerian Islamist sect Boko Haram carried out an attack on Mahoula town located in the Far North region of Cameroon on Saturday the 3^rd of January.  Cameroon Concord gathered that the Boko Haram militants burned down buildings and destroyed the local hospital. A detail report on the casualties is yet to be released by Cameroon government officials.

Our informant hinted that the Mahoula attack was aimed at a vast cattle ranch found in Mamani situated some 4 kilometres from the Waza natural game reserve. At the time of writing this report, information filtered that a regiment of the Rapid Intervention Battalion had arrived Mahoula.
