Boko Haram and other security issues dominated the opening of the second bi-annual conference of governors involving this time around the Minister Delegate at the Presidency in charge of Defence Edgar Alain Mebe Ngo’o today in Yaounde.  Under the theme "security and socio-economic challenges” the conference grouping all ten Governors  of the republic started with various security presentations from Ministers Rene Emmanuel Sadi, Minister of Territorial Administration and Decentralisation, Emmanuel Nganou Djoumessi of Economy and Regional Planning and Martin Mbarga Nguele, Delegate General for National Security.
