2018 World Qualifiers : Algeria Wins While Cameroon Draws 1-1

While Cameroon was held to a 1-1 draw by Olympique of Marseille in a warm up game, their opponents in next Sunday's World qualifiers match the Desert Foxes were too strong for a second tier football outfit USM Blida. Goals from Taïder (18′), Hillal Soudani (35′) and Houari Ferhani gave Algeria a 3-1 victory over USM Blida.

The lone goal for USM Blida was scored by Hadiouche before the first half break. In this encounter, Milovan Rajevac used 19 players. Malik Asselah, Houari Ferhani and Yacine Brahimi played all the match while the others played just one of the half's in the encounter.
