Following a tumultuous day during which more officials from the governing body were arrested, Sepp Blatter's temporary replacement chose an inpportune moment to nod off.

It would surprise a few people if those involved with Fifa have been enduring sleepless nights of late, particularly after the latest round of arrests in Zurich on Thursday.

But it seems the lack of sleep has caught with acting president Issa Hayatou more than most after he was spotted catching forty winks during a press conference.

Having taken over temporary leadership of the organisation in the aftermath of Sepp Blatter's suspension, the former CAF president has certainly had plenty to deal with during his short tenure.
