Njie Clinton to officially sign his contracts with Olympique of Marseille this morning  before taking his flight to Cameroon where he will join his teammates in Camp. Hugo Broos made Clinton his talking point at press conference on Tuesday.

According to French outlet L’Equipe, Clinton N’Jie agreed to join Olympic Marseille on a season long loan with an option to buy at the end of the season.

According to reports from Yaoundé, the appeals commission of FECAFOOT has suspended Pascal Achille Mvogo Junior from all football activities organized by the football governing body.

The player of Cosmos FC is accused of abuse of contract. In effect, on match day 18, Eding FC filed a complain to the LFPC commission against the player who was still in contract with Authentic FC of Douala but played with Cosmos. Unsatisfied with the decision of the LFPC disciplinary committee, the matter was transferred to the Appeals commission of FECAFOOT. 

Though Pascal Achille Mvogo Junior was suspended, his club Cosmos wasn't punished. Before joining Cosmos illegally after changing the order of his names, Pascal Achille Mvogo Junior, had stint at the Brasseries Football Academy and Aigle Royale of Menoua.

Egyptian Premier League side Al Ittihad has terminated their contract with Cameroon star Samuel Nlend after the player was tested positive for HIV.

Nlend signed a three-year deal with the Egyptian side on August 24 but stayed for only four days before being shown the door on grounds of being ‘sick’. 

This unfamiliar happening was reported by the country’s media Kingfut.com, a thing which has seen the 21-year old striker being rendered jobless despite his bright football history. He has been capped five times by Cameroon, scoring in January’s African Cup of Nations competition before.

24 athletes and zero medal brought to Cameroon! Was this international competition so tough for these young Cameroonian athletes? Cameroon overstaffed delegation and their awesome  regalia  projected the image of the nation. The Cameroonian delegation was more prepared for Rio than the athletes. This was  clearly seen in their elegant march pass as they displayed  the Toghu outfit which was the most rated and applauded regalia in the world during the Olympic parade.

Wilfred Seyi’s determination and courage was not enough to make the Cameroon national anthem chanted at the podium. No athlete went missing this time around! Cameroonian athletes were humble enough as they openly accepted their defeat and escaping for greener pasture was not an alternative but hoping for Tokyo 2020. 

”We had only one month of preparation to confront the athletes from other countries who were preparing for the same competition for 4 years. Some Cameroonian athletes have made their upgrade in the country and were not entitled to the privilege of the International scholarships and training camps. So we could only reap what we sowed” said a Cameroonian Boxer.

• Participation bonuses in the qualifying tournament 500.000 francs CFA.
• Skill Bonuses 500,000 francs CFA.
• Training session bonuses $55 per day.
• Stay in Rio Bonuses 5000 CFA francs per day.
• Olympic participation Bonuses 4,000,000 CFA francs.
• Participation Bonuses which varied according to tours on stage.

But unfortunately, these patriotic athletes did not receive all of the above bonuses. In an exclusive interview with Cameroon-Info.Net, the triple world champion boxer confirmed this.

Minister Grégoire Owona and Col. K. Malboum could not withstand the beauty of the Bamenda regalia. Wearing this outfits for the first time was a great experience as shown on their faces and as a result, they became the headline on social media.
