Infrastructure Upgrades: The GCSA factory in Douala has witnessed the refurbishment and expansion of a 5000 m² storage space, enhancing logistical capabilities.

Factory Enhancements: Significant upgrades are underway at the Cameroon Drinks factories in Yaoundé, Bafoussam, and Garoua. Notable improvements include the installation of a new bottling line with a capacity of 35,000 bottles/hour in Yaoundé, along with the modernization of manufacturing workshops.

Sorghum Producer Empowerment: Investments have led to an increased capacity for sorghum producers, fostering economic empowerment and local participation in the supply chain.

Rehabilitation Efforts: The rehabilitation of SOCAVER oven No. 1, following years of dormancy, has been completed at a cost of 4 billion FCFA, revitalizing production capabilities.

Promotion of Local SMEs: These investments have facilitated the increased participation of local Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), reaching a commendable 3% share in operations.
