Paul Kagame granted audience to barrister Akere Muna . Comparable with other factors of leadership that Biya lacks, Akere Muna who declared his candidacy for the post of the President of the Republic of Cameroon. It's on record that the candidacy for the President of African Lawyers association was heavily supported by the present Ghanian President Nana Akufo Addo.
The Ghanian President elect Nana Akufo Addo invited some twenty Head of States, including Barrister Akere Muna of Cameroon and asked him when shall it be his turn to be the President of Cameroon. President Paul Biya who is gradually sidelined by the International community wasn't invited to the installation of the Ghanian President.
The humiliation he suffered in New York when he last attended the last UN General Assembly. President Donald Trump of the United States of America didn't allow Biya to participate in the dinar party offered by him for African Head of States. Barrister Akere Muna has a lot of international recognition amongst the English speaking communities and is the Vice President of Amnesty International.
The building of a seemingly fruitful relationship with the Nigerian President, Buhari Muhammadu has become sour because of the influx of the Southern Cameroon's refugees that number close to 70.000 refugees displaced and resettled in Calabar, Nigeria. President Paul Biya has only attended three meetings at the African Union Headquarters for his thirty five years of ruler ship.
President Theodora Obian Nguima of Equatorial Guinea has ordered the closure of his borders with Cameroon. Other Countries of the CEMAC zone are partially having good working relationship with LA Republique Du Cameroun, except for the Chadian President Eno Idriss Derby who pays allegiance to Biya because the Chadian Petrol passes through Cameroon. The state of Cameroon has been ruined by the syndrome tagged as Biya Camerounese .

Zambia has scrapped plan to recruit eight Chinese nationals into it's police force amid row. The eight reservists were integrated into the police service on Monday, sparking an outcry.
This row is linked with a recent ruling which prohibits police officers from marrying foreigners. Zambian dual nationals have also been prohibited from joining the police.
"So you stop you own citizens from joining the police because they have dual citizenship and yet you allow Chinese who have no links whatsoever to this soil to be part of the same police service?
It's food for thought," Dickson Jere, a lawyer and former presidential spokesman, is quoted as saying by the BBC. "We had Indians who were police reserves and people were OK with it.
Why should the Chinese be discriminated on race?"Police spokeswoman Esther Mwata-Katongo is quoted as saying by the Lusaka Times.
