Union Sportive of Douala have continued to add more talents to its squad as they plan to get a better season next year. It is now official as the nassara gamakai this Tuesday afternoon sealed the deal for Cedric Platini Kaham of Lion Blessé of Foutoni. The player who was been eyed by UMS Loum, Club Africaine of Tunis and European based clubs surprised every sports fanatic and dropped his bag at Union. 

The 23-year old who ended last football season as top scorer with 13 goals while at Lion Blessé has been described as a square Peck in a square hole.

Before joining Lion Blessé, Cedric Platini Kaham had a stint with Fovu of Baham in the league two championship.
Another move for Union , was the signing of Arouna Kainsa Nsangou. The former player of New stars has signed a two year contract after leaving JS Kaironan of Tunisia on free move.

After the signing of the young Chadian goalkeeper, Union of Douala has continued to swell its squad as they prepare for the start of the next professional league one football championship.

The latest to join Union is Yomi Ralph Tchaptchet. The 17-year old striker, who began his career at Galactique FC, has signed his first professional contract with Union. 

Before joining Union, Yomi Ralph Tchaptchet played with International Sporting club of Douala this football season and scored 15 goals. Unions' officials say the coming of the young striker will be a plus in the team that suffered a lot last football season to get goals

Cameroon's Samuel Eto'o Fils and Benjamin Mounkandjo have both been nominated for the 2016 CAF players of the year.

amuel Eto'o Fils born 10 March 1981 is a Cameroonian professional footballer who plays as a striker for Turkish club Antalyaspor. He is the most decorated African player of all time, having won the African Player of the Year award a record four times: in 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2010. He was third in the FIFA World Player of the Year award in 2005. 

Another contestant from,Benjamin Moukandjo is the new captain of the Indomitable Lions.He was born on 12 November 1988 and currently plays for FC Lorient in Ligue 1 as a forward.

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) awards is a yearly ritual instituted to honor footballers and personalities who have excelled in various departments of the game as well as making meaningful contribution to its development in the continent.

Good news for lawn Tennis lovers in Cameroon. Nick Bolletieri, the founding father of the Academy IMG, the biggest Tennis training Academy in the world will be in Cameroon soon. 

His coming to Cameroon is part of a program sponsored by the United Nations to fight against poverty in Africa through Tennis. The program of the UN ties with what the Oyebog Tennis Academy has been doing for the past 17 years in the country, reasons while Joseph Oyebog was informed about the imminent visit of Nick Bolletieri. The date and program of Nick Bolletieri visit to Cameroon is still to be made official.
