The projects and resolutions taken since the beginning of this summit on the 27th of June, will be submitted to the Heads of State and government from today till tomorrow which is the last day.
The Cameroonian first citizen Paul Biya, will not be part of this conference for reasons unknown. He rather sent his “work boy” the Prime Minister Philemon Yang to represent him as usual.
Among many other things, economic crisis, and security threats are some of the main issues that will be discussed during this meeting. It is such a big event for the African Union (AU) President, Moussa Faki Mahamat, who originates from Chad and was elected some six months earlier, replacing the South African Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma.
The AU conference this year, is in its 29th edition. Every stakeholder will be allowed to take part in the decision making, which will have on the limelight DR Congo, with its sexual abuses and equally the fight against AIDS.

Biya has a billion-franc affair on his table to sort out, a complaint which has already been filed to special criminal court and investigations begun.
This case concerns the acquisition of a mansion in France for the Cameroonian ambassador in that country. It does not involve just one person, but a number of criminal top officials in Cameroon who are considered as the untouchables like; Christophe KETCHANKEU the one who had been in charge of this acquisition since 1984, MBELLA MBELLA Lejeune the former Cameroon ambassador to France and current Minister of External Relations and Josephine MATCHEME Epse FOTSO.
The money swindling affair started in 2007, some 10 years ago when the Republic of Cameroon decided to acquire a mansion in France for her Ambassador, MBELLA MBELLA Lejeune at that time. The person who had to oversee this transaction was Christophe KETCHANKEU, who had already reached retirement age 10 years before. This two looked for a Cameroonian intermediary who was to get into contact which the occupant of the house.
The residence which they got was one on sale in the Saint-Maur-des Fosses, around one hour from the 16e Arrondissement. This building was the property of Mr LEVY and Madame GRESSE. By the time of the transaction, the two were already divorced and the cost of the house in 2007 was fixed at Five hundred million FCFA.
By the time of the deal, the price rose to Two billion, eight hundred and twenty three million, Fifty thousand FCFA (2, 823, 050, 000 FCFA)
The transaction was concluded on the condition that, the owner of the house accepts to reimburse the surpluses the Cameroonians had paid on the fixed amount, that means, two billion, three hundred and twenty three million, seven hundred and seventy nine thousand, five hundred and twenty five FCFA(2, 323, 779, 525). This means that, the unscrupulous Cameroonians were given double the amount they had to pay the house with. As cunning as they could be, they are suspected to have shared the surpluses among themselves, reason why they will have to answer before the court.

The strong man of La Republique du Cameroun has issued decrees appointing 11 new generals into the country's defence forces. The information was presented on Thursday on state-run broadcaster, CRTV.
They include six generals in the National Gendarmerie, four generals in the Infantry, and one general in the Air Force.
Other officers in the military have also been promoted by the decrees.
Biya has embarked on real business lately. Another wave of decrees appointed rectors, vice-chancellor and chairman of some four state universities on Tuesday.
Plans are underway for the recruitment of 5000 soldiers and 2500 gendarme officers, according to the Minister Delegate at the presidency in charge of Defence.
Biya and his men are on hot bricks at the moment. There is the terror group,Boko Haram , in the Far North and the unrest in West Cameroon.
This has obliged Biya to rise from slumber and keep a watchful eye on his boys.
The regime has warned soldiers against 'indiscipline', following the recent strike action by a group of about 32 soldiers fighting Boko Haram up north.

Biya and his men are set to recruit more 5000 soldiers and 2500 gendarme officers to 'protect' the 'people' and the nation.
The statement was made by the Minister Delegate at the Presidency in charge of Defence.
Joseph Beti Assomo was speaking in Parliament.
The entrance examinations will be launched soon, he said.
Cameroon needs soldiers like any other nation for defence and security. But in a dictatorship like this one, the army is as indispensable as milk is for the existence of a newborn baby. A tool for oppression.
But not all the recruits actually follow required procedures.
Most people avoid training due to their age.
Last week a soldier revealed to us that the elder brother of a friend of his had called to ask him how much money he could use to buy his way through without going through any training.
Certainly, he feared dying during training, given that he is too old to endure the ordeal.

The case against detained anglophone activists has been adjourned once-more today after a short hearing at the military tribunal in Yaounde Cameroon by the presiding Judge, Colonel Abega Eko, Eko.
The hearing today lasted just for 6mins. Details on the reasons of the adjournment had not been made public at the time of filing this report.Present at today's court session
was Cameroon's prominent opposition MP, Hon. Joseph Wirba (SDF) who came to show his support for the detained activists.
The court last month decided to remand in custody leaders of the country's English-speaking community on terror-related charges pending trial.
Contrary to the view that the incarceration of the Anglophone leaders will dampened the spirit of resistance and commitment to purpose, the leaders who are in good spirit are poised to maintain their stance. During a recent encounter with journalists from the North West region at the Kondengui prison, Dr Fontem Neba said they want to be part of the solutions to the Anglophone problem and are not excited with being released.
Mancho Bibixy however raised worries over the nature of the negotiation. He wonders how fair discussions can take place when he and other Anglophones are in chains.
