A movement advocating the total liberation of Cameroon from the CPDM colonial yoke will file a complaint against the regime in Yaoundé this coming February as part of the affair concerning the sudden disappearance of Captain Guerandi Mbara. In a strongly worded statement, the pro Captain Guerandi group revealed that it will seek the involvement of the International Criminal Court to shed light on the disappearance of the soldier who staged the April 6th 1984 coup against President Biya.
The Movement for the Alternation of Cameroon (MAC) noted that the implementation of this initiative is to push the international criminal court to uphold its ideals contained in its charter. The body has also hired a legal team to channel the unsolved death of Dr. Guerandi Mbara Goulongo exiled in Burkina Faso since 1984 to the Economic Community of Central Africa (CEMAC), the African Union and UN Specialized organs.
The movement that was officially born on January 4, 2014, says it wants to continue unabated and without weakness, all legal actions necessary for the Cameroon government to make public its version of the facts surrounding the disappearance of Captain Guerandi. Guerandi Mbara was a Cameroonian soldier who fled to Burkina Faso after the April 1984 coup. He was suspected of trying to overthrow the Biya regime. In its 14 and 20 September 2014 weekly edition, Jeune Afrique made the revelation about the disappearance of Guerandi Mbara. Since then, the soldier who had defended a PhD in political science has never been seen or heard in public.

The world will celebrate the International Women’s Day on the 8th of March, 2015. The theme for this year’s celebration corresponds exactly to the situation of women in our time. In an age where women are still being discriminated against!! where women are denied justice when their dignity as human beings are violated!! In a world where women must remain silent in the face of heinous crime like rape because they are afraid of being punished even for being victims, it is just exactly right to advocate for equal rights for women. However, a lot has been achieved but apparently looks insignificant. As the world celebrates the International Women’s Day on the 8th of March 2015, we allow ourselves the opportunity to celebrate women who have broken the barriers of gender segregation to rise to positions of responsibility in our society.
So, on the 7th of March 2015, we the women residing in the beautiful city of Essen- Nordrhein-Westfalen province in Germany will be celebrating!! Our celebration will be taking place on the 7th, mindful of the fact that the world will come together on the 8th to commemorate this day because of the availability of facilities and the convenience of location. Our day will begin with a Press Conference and a Seminar. Other highlights of the celebration will feature traditional dances from women groups from Nigeria, Cameroon, India and Brazil. Participants will be entertained to an International Menu (Buffet). This event is under the patronage of Ms. Delphine Mukete CEO, African Ivory Germany in collaboration with Kuzierem Förderverein and IWPG Essen. Be with us on the 7th of March and let your support for women be heard loud and clear.

Ivory Coast's authorities say a majority of 21 children kidnapped in recent weeks have been found dead with their bodies mutilated, raising fears of a wave of ritual sacrifices ahead of elections. Most of the children were found dead, mutilated, decapitated and without their genitals in various parts of Ivory Coast since December, police said. “The phenomenon is real and unusual. Our services have registered 21 cases,” said police chief, Brindou M'Bia. Security forces have been placed on high alert over the recent spate of child abductions, M'Bia added.
Many residents fear the ritualistic-style killings are linked to the presidential and possibly legislative elections scheduled to take place toward the end of the year. Corrupt businessmen and politicians are believed to be using children’s body parts in mystical and occult practices, which are supposed to give them money and supernatural powers. The UN Children's Fund (UNICEF) has urged authorities to do everything possible to identify those responsible for the abductions.
Another spate of child abductions hit the country ahead of elections in 2010. Rumors of kidnappings, notably of albinos, for ritual sacrifices have circulated during election years. The West African nation has suffered a decade of political and military crisis.

Fake degrees and certificates of achievement are in circulation in Cameroon ever since the launch of a police recruitment scheme. Cameroon National Police launched in December 2014, a program to recruit 9,400 young Cameroonians over a two year period at the rate of 4,700 per year. According to the Police force, the purpose is to fill the gap brought about by numerous deaths and retirement. The folder filing deadline is February 6, 2015.
The whole process has been shambolic and marred by the presentation of fake university degrees, diplomas and above all, fakes fiscal stamps. Our correspondent in Yaounde hinted at the time of writing this report that police have uncovered a bureau in Bonamoussadi near the university campus that produces fake diplomas.
It is a common practice in Cameroon that whenever a competitive examination is announced candidates buy diplomas at high prices. The practice has been for ages despite police hauls with some persons using certificates of their dead ones and even family members residing in the Diaspora to get jobs.

The judiciary is one area that the Biya Francophone Beti-Ewondo regime has demonstrated its frightful and unloving attitude towards the Anglophone community in Cameroon. Even when Simon Achidi Achu was appointed Prime Minister, the Francophones immediately concocted the post of a Vice Prime Minister and it is often given to a powerful Francophone figure to bully to submission the anglophone leader. Even with Philemon Yang, the Biya Francophone Beti-Ewondo hegemony still has a powerful Secretary General who reports to him on the actions of the Prime Minister. This attitude is completely unacceptable and supports the case for an Anglophone state. President Biya's recent appointments after the High Judicial Council meeting signals that the marriage between Francophones and Anglophones has broken down irretrievably. We of Cameroon Concord hereby present to our readers a frank, candid and thoughtful key to understanding President Paul Biya's anti anglophone stance over the last 32 years.
Structure of the Supreme Court and administrative positions before the December 2014 high judicial council meeting
1)Bench:
First President: Alexis Dipanda Mouelle
Judicial Bench:
President: Alexis Dipanda Mouelle (Held two positions cumulatively)
Audit Bench:
President: Marc Ateba Ombala
Administrative Bench:
President: Atangana Clement
2) Legal Department
Attorney General (Procureur General in French): Martin Rissouck A Moulong
1st Deputy Attorney General: Mr Belibi
Names and positions after the December 2014 (Now as it stands)
First President: Daniel Mekobe Sone
Audit bench President: Marck Ateba Ombala
Judicial Bench President: Bisteck Dagobert
Administrative Bench: Andre Belombe
Attorney General: Luc Ndjondo
1st Deputy Attorney General: George Mbengue
The AGBAW-EBAI DEBATE can now reveal that no Anglophone holds any of the administrative top positions in the court. Why? Correspondingly, Dipanda Mouelle was first president and president of the judicial bench cumulatively. Why so much power vested on an individual?
Anglophone judges in the supreme court presently are as follows:
Epuli Mathias-Deputy president(Was interim president of the administrative bench at one time. Biya and his Francophone Beti-Ewondo government thinks he not ripe to hold the position now full time)
Mr Morfaw (Advocate General)
Mrs Asuagbor (Deputy President)
Hilman Egbe (Advocate General)
Mr Teghen (Advocate General)
Mr Moma (Deputy President)
Mrs Mutchia (Deputy President-Audit bench)
Mrs Wacka (Deputy President-audit bench)
Mr Mballe (Deputy President)
Njumbe Erbest (Deputy President)
Mr Mbah (Advocate General)
Mr.Ayah paul (Advocate General)
Out of circa 70 members of the court we have only 12/13 Anglophones. No one has an executive position in the highest court in the land. This Biya action cannot be accidental!! It is deliberate!!!!!! Any Anglophone who is strong is appointed deputy and of course power is in the hands of the boss NOT the assistant. Anglophone constitute 17 per cent of the court. THIS IS A COUNTRY THAT ANGLOPHONE CHILDREN ARE FIGHTING AND DYING IN THE FAR NORTH TO DEFEND. It is indeed shameful, disgusting and disgraceful. There is even a lack of gender balance in a country that pretends to respect the rights of women. Justice Florence Arrey is one of the most senior judges in Cameroon today with international standing. Justice Epuli Mathias super scale magistrate (First Group) has been interim president of the Administrative Bench but cannot hold any of the functions even today. Justice Guanmesia Lucy (former minister) and her husband are capable of being President of the Supreme Court or Attorney General. Or why can Itoe Benjamin-a long standing judge with international reputation not be appointed president of Supreme Court or Attorney General? All what our Anglophone Judges have is a black 607 or a 407 peugeot, a driver, a fix telephone with free international calls, a fridge constantly filled with drinks and regular invitations to attend lavish state functions at home and abroad. What can Justice Guanmesia do as Secretary General in the Ministry of Justice with a strong Francophone figure like Laurent Esso?
The AGBAW-EBAI DEBATE is asking the question: Do English speaking Cameroonians have a future in the Republic of Cameroon?
