In what has been described by the media as a new twist in the FECAFOOT crises, John B. Ndeh, a former vice president of the Cameroon Football Federation aka FECAFOOT has started a legal battle with the nation's national daily, Cameroon Tribune claiming he did not validate the FECAFOOT elections that brought Tombi A Roko to office as reported by the state owned newspaper and read over Cameroon radio and television. Said JB Ndeh, “Such was not the interview I granted Cameroon Tribune on November 20, 2015 in writing”.
Mr. J.B. Ndeh recently observed that because of the damage he has suffered owing to the fabricated interview by Cameroon Tribune, “I have contacted the judiciary so that those responsible for this gross manipulation and their accomplices can be exposed and made to pay a heavy price.”
Some reports have suggested that Minister Atanga Nji {acting on personal interest] contacted J.B. Ndeh and sounded a note of caution that if he does not accept the government's decision to validate the election which put Tombi A Roko at the helm of the FA, he shall be thoroughly investigated at MIDENO where he [Ndeh] has been the boss for nearly 20 years. The former FECAFOOT VP insisted he was “wrongly quoted” in the purported interview.

The Governor of the South West Region, Bernard Okalia Bilai, has expressed concern over the slowness of accompanying works on the Limbe modern stadium so as to enable it host next year’s female Africa Cup of Nations. The 20,000-seat Limbe stadium was completed by a Chinese company many months ago but facilities including access roads, parking lodges, electricity and water supply, ticketing office, and the training stadiums still remain to be done. According to the Governor, after visiting the construction site Wednesday, 25 November, 2015, the three companies contracted to carry out the works are behind schedule. “Some of the enterprises seem to have problems with take off. However, we are behind them because actually they have consumed 25 percent of their time but have not done up to 12 percent of the work. It is preoccupying and they must tell us how they are planning to catch up with time.
The only thing sure about them is that they are on the site but December festivities are coming and the rains will set in by mid next year to constitute other handicaps to the speedy execution hurry in their work”, the Governor told the engineers as he went round the work sites in Limbe. However, the enterprises have eight months to do their work until June next year. The BUNS Company contracted to construct the access road to the Limbe stadium complained of the distance from where they have to bring laterite. For the training stadiums in Middle Farms and the Centenary Stadium in Limbe, the Chinese contracted to do the work reassured the Governor that all will be fine except for difficulties concerning electricity supply for which they need a three-phased metre. They arrived in Cameroon only two weeks ago and have begun installing their equipment on the work site. The Governor who had earlier visited the works some two weeks ago was not impressed with progress made so far. But the control mission, Didon Consult, assured the Governor all will be fine.

A three day football training camp has ended at the Bamenda Municipal Stadium on November 22, 2015. Organized by a Swedish NGO, TIKITAKA and a Cameroonian concern, World of Champions [WOC] based in Bamenda, the exercise brought together some 150 pupils from 8 primary schools and 10 coaches from the municipality. While declaring the camp open, Mr. Njah William, sitting in for the Regional Delegate of Youth and Physical Education lauded the initiative noting that it was in line with government effort to promote sports in the country.
He encouraged the participants to take the exercise serious as it may be a step towards greatness. Njah William finally appealed to the organizers to consider the venture during the long vacation for maximum participation as children love playing. For his part, Borge Gustavsson, officials revealed that the football camp, the first of its kind in Cameroon was to ensure that talents in every child are developed full length and wished that some of the youths in camp will be part of the Cameroon National Football selection come the 2022 FIFA world cup.
He noted with satisfaction the level of participation adding that Tikitaka and WOC has come to stay and develop talents, promote education and the psychological development of the child. Gustavsson also expressed the wish that the camp will in the near future be planted in all Regional Headquarters nationwide and will be followed by 3 sports academies for U17 and the senior categories.
Tikitaka as explained by Tommy is a football play style that has to do with maintaining ball possession, working the ball through various channels and characterized by short passes and movements. A system practiced and used by most clubs in Europe, He further explained that the word, Tikitaka was first used in the 2006 FIFA world cup match between Tunisia and Spain where the commentator described the style of play by the Spanish team as such and can also relate to toys used by children to play. Hence the name, Tikitaka. Although the football camp took place on a sandy pitch it is hoped that a synthetic playground for the Bamenda Municipal stadium and a giant one for the municipality as announced by Fecafoot officials in the region will host the next edition When the football camp came to a close Sunday the 22nd, participants were each given certificates, a football and a set of Tikitaka sports wear. Participation fee ranged from 10,000frs to 30,000frs.The football camp was held under the theme, ‘’See, think and do’’

Abdouraman Hamadou, President of a local football team in Cameroon alongside Joseph Antoine Bell and Elisabeth Loga who petitioned for the annulment of the just ended elections of the Cameroon Football Federation aka FECAFOOT have won the case hence the elections of officials into the various organs from Sub divisional up to National level will be done again.
A November 12 verdict by the Chamber of Conciliation and Arbitration of the Cameroon Olympic Committee [CNOSC}, ruled the matter in favor of Abdouraman who in an earlier press conference in August said he does not want any post but legality to be the watch word in the management of Cameroon football. Abdouraman and Co deposited a complain at CNOSC requesting the committee to annul the status of the Cameroon Football association arguing that the provisions drawn up by the normalization Committee and adopted on 5/9/2015 violated article 23 of the Federal Electoral College and article 33 of the code of the Chamber of Arbitration.
In a statement issued to the press, the complainant stated that “the engagement I am taking is sincere and aimed mainly at restructuring football in Cameroon”. He said those who are managing football in the country do not have interest for the sports and were imposed on the Cameroon football family by FIFA and the Normalization Committee to preserve a number of “shameful interests”. The verdict cancelling the 1st resolution was adopted by Parliament during the special session of August 5.
Reacting to the news, Cameroon football legend, Joseph Antoine Bell said he was happy and that “…..all what was done from the text has been cancelled. We have to begin from scratch”. Correspondingly, John B. Ndeh who was 1st. national vice President of Fecafoot under the disgraced Iya Mohammed now has to take over the running of the Cameroon Football Federation.
At the time of filing this report, we gathered that Abdouraman and John B. Ndeh have been summoned by the Prime Minister, Philemon Yang. However, Tombi A Roko and Co, have 21 days to appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sports in Lausanne, Switzerland.
